14 oz Cajun smoked sausage, 1/4" slices
1 can Rotel (diced tomatoes and chiles)
2 TBSP butter or oil
4 cups chicken broth or water
1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
2. Once melted, add sausage in a single layer and brown for 2-3 minutes per side.
3. Add rotel, broth, and mix. Stir to combine.
4. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to low.
