This cheeseball will make you think you are sitting on grandma's back porch eating a piece of her homemade coconut cake. It has just the right amount of coconut with a hint of rum. This cheeseball will satisfy anyone's craving for coconut cake.

Coconut Rum


  • Directions for cheeseball: Mix one block of softened 8 oune cream cheese with the packet mix. Form into a ball and refrigerate for 3 hours. Serve with graham crackers of fresh fruit.

    Directions for Pie: Combine mix with 8 ounces of softened cream cheese and an 8 ounce tub of cool whip and place in a graham cracker crust. Chill for an hour.
