French Onion Dip Mix

Directions for Cold Dip: Mix one cup of sour cream, one cup of mayonnaise (We love Hellmans) and the dip mix. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight to allow flavors to marry.
Directions for Hot Dip: Mix one cup of sour cream, one 8 ounce block of cream cheese and the dip mix. Put in a small crock-pot, or microwave to melt together, stirring frequently. Warm until all ingredients have blended and melted.
Directions for Cheeseball: Mix 16 ounces of cream cheese with dip mix and form a ball. Refrigerate for 3 hours and serve with assorted crackers.
