Spicy Taco Dip Mix

Directions for Hot Dip: Mix one cup of sour cream, one 8 ounce block of cream cheese and the dip mix. Put in a small crock-pot, or microwave to melt together, stirring frequently. Warm until all ingredients have blended and melted. Optional: Add in 1/2 lb of cooked ground beef or sausage for a treat! This is the chef's favorite way!
Directions for Cold Dip: Mix one cup of sour cream, one cup of mayonnaise (we love Hellmans) and the dip mix. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight to allow flavors to marry.
Directions for Cheeseball: Mix 16 ounces of cream cheese with dip mix and form a ball. Refrigerate for 3 hours and serve with tortilla chips.
*Lighten it up: use light cream cheese or Greek yogurt. Fat-free will NOT set up properly.
