- 1 lb ground beef (Completely fine if a little over 1 lb as it’s sometimes harder to get exactly 1 lb)
- 2 TBSP tomato paste
- 3 cups beef broth or water
- Optional: 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over high heat.
2. Lower heat, stir in tomato paste.
3. Add broth and Unstuffed Peppers Mix.
4. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low for 20 mins.
5. Fluff with a fork. Top with cheese if desired.
