Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 stick real butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups powdered sugar
1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Separate ingredients of cheeseball mixture into it's three components: cranberries, white chocolate chips, and powdered mix.

Step 2

Cream together butter and cream cheese.

Step 3

Add in vanilla and salt. Slowly add in powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, while beating on low speed.

Step 4

Fold in half of the cranberries and white chocolate chips. Ice your cake. Sprinkle top of cake with remaining cranberries and white chocolate chips as decoration.
