Ingredients
8 oz Cool Whip, thawed
8 oz cream cheese, softened
Savvy Gourmand Strawberry Cheesecake Cheeseball Mix
38-40 Athens Baked Phyllo Shells (pre-baked frozen)
fresh strawberries, sliced
fresh blueberries
Preparation
Step 1
Separate white chocolate chips from Strawberry Cheesecake Cheeseball Mix and set aside.
Step 2
Using a hand or stand mixer, combine Cool Whip, cream cheese, and Strawberry Cheesecake Cheeseball Mix (minus white chocolate chips from earlier step). Mix on medium speed until well combined.
Step 3
Using a piping bag or zipper bag, pipe the mixture into the pre-baked phyllo shells.
Step 4
Top with strawberries, blueberries, and white chocolate chips. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. This yields 38-40 mini tarts.
