In the mood for something spicy? These jalapeño poppers will do just the trick. You can have game day food all year long with very little preparation. The taste of jalapeños, bacon, garlic, and onion go perfect with an ice cold beer or a good glass of southern sweet tea. Savvy Gourmand likes this spicy dip served hot with Frito's or as a cheeseball. Not hot enough? Cut jalapeños in half and serve this dip inside them!

  • Directions for Hot Dip: Mix one cup of sour cream, one 8 ounce block of cream cheese and the packet mix. Put in a small crock-pot, or microwave to melt together, stirrring frequently. Warm until all ingredients have blended and melted. Serve with Fritos or crackers.

    Directions for Cold Dip: Mix one cup of sour cream, one cup of hellman's mayonnaise and the packet mix. Refrigerate for 3 hours and let flavors blend together.

    Directions for Cheeseball: Mix one block of 8 ounce cream cheese with packet mix and form a ball. Refrigerate for 3 hours and serve with assorted crackers.
