Ingredients
Savvy Gourmand Veggie Dill Dip Mix
1 cup mayonnaise (We love Hellmans!)
1 cup sour cream
1 cucumber, diced
16 oz rotini pasta, cooked, drained, and rinsed with cold water
1 package of sliced cherub or grape tomatoes
Preparation
Step 1
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, and Veggie Dill Dip Mix until well blended and smooth.
Step 2
In a large salad bowl, add the cooled pasta, cucumbers, tomatoes, and Veggie Dill Dip mixture.
Tip: Make sure your pasta is fully cooled before adding the other ingredients.
Step 3
Stir ingredients together until mixture is evenly distributed to all ingredients. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours to allow flavors to combine.
Tip: Add shredded cheese for extra flavor.
